Below are links to samples of documentation sets that I've created for various types of products.  These have been arranged based on the types of documentation and / or the audience.  To view these, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Due to storage space constraints and privacy agreements, this selection is limited.  Should you wish to see more work, please contact me for a meeting.

Application / Product Guides	FAS / FROMIS User's Guide - This guide was created for use by financial analysts needing to use a legacy Texaco financial data warehouse.  The guide is presented as web help and as a PDF for easy printing.  This link takes you to the PDF file. See Online Help for a link to the web help version of this document.  The content for both formats comes from the same source. Multi–Platform Interface Feature Operation Guide - This guid was written for Creative Controller's Multi-Platform Interface that was sold to IBM for inclusion in their 6400 Line Matrix printers. This audience for this guide was IBM AS/400 and S360 system programmers and operators. I created the mechanical illustrations in the manual using Corel Draw.
API Guides / Developer Documentation	Driveway PLS Application Programming Interface (API) Guide - This is a guide that was developed for a Java and MS ASP developer audience that would be implementing the Driveway Online Storage system.
Technology White Papers and Analysis Documents	Infrastructure White Paper - This is a team written whitepaper for the same online file storage company, Driveway, Inc. Documentation Needs Analysis - A needs analysis document for Driveway, Inc. This was developed within my first two weeks of working for them.
Sales Support Documentation	Product Demonstration Guide - This document was a collaboration effort that I led. Thie final prodcut was a demonstration guide for an web product to help a pre-ipo company manage their capital structure. The guide notes specific actions and data to be used by the viewer. The associated power point presentation can be seen here. Cash Management Report Specification - This specification was generated by my visit to a private capital investment firm. Taking their business practices and needs, I created this specification for eventual inclusion in an application. MAX I/O Datasheet - This is a marketing collateral piece that I wrote, and designed. Images, photography and branding were created by me using a variety of tools that included: Corel Draw, and Corel PhotoPaint. NetLink 10/100 Datasheet - This is another piece of marketing collateral that I produced. Again, all text, graphics and design were created by me. The same tools were used.
Web Application Documentation	PCAS User's Guide (v 1.0) - This user's guide was created for a web applicaiton that facilitate the trading of private equity. This version of the guide was created for the "Master User".  Development plans called for this guide to be available to seperate user types. PCAS Training Slides - This was the training slides to get the users familiar with the application. This is the web-page version of the MS Power Point presentation.
